Why the EM Matters in Hypergrowth Companies

Anique Drumright is the Vice President of Product at Loom where she oversees product strategy and development. Prior to Loom, Anique was the Vice President of Product at corporate travel platform TripActions, where she built the product and design organization from the ground up and scaled the team over 8x globally during a period of hypergrowth. Prior to TripActions, Anique held multiple roles at Uber in product, partnerships and operations management. Before entering technology, Anique taught and served in leadership roles for Teach for America. She has a BA in Government from Georgetown University.

Bin has built highly effective product engineering teams alongside and in support of Pinterest’s hyper-growth in the last decade. He oversees Pinterest’s efforts around content acquisition, creator economy, and platform; prior, Bin helped build the foundation for Pinterest’s shopping, video, and feed products.
