✅ 1. Prototype-First Workflow Over PRDs

Shift from documentation to demonstration. Rather than spending time perfecting a PRD, Nissim’s teams start with a prototype—even if it’s rough. Once something tangible exists, it aligns cross-functional teams faster, drives focused feedback, and accelerates iteration.

Don’t stop at the minimum. AI tools let you build and iterate so quickly that launching a barely-functional MVP no longer makes sense. You can—and should—ship something more meaningful even in the earliest version.

 what's possible. Want to drive AI adoption across your org? Don’t pitch, prototype. Nissim recommends choosing one annoying problem, building a quick solution, and demoing it—ideally in <1 day. This sparks “aha” moments and turns skeptics into champions.

🔄 4. Rituals that Prioritize Iteration

 in the shortest time possible. Planning isn't front-loaded—instead, weekly cadences prioritize shipping something small, reviewing what worked, and iterating from there.

🔥 5. Lightning Pods for Faster Cross-Functional Building

Nissim introduces the “lightning pod” concept: tight, high-bandwidth triads (product + eng + design) working together on a narrow, high-impact area. The goal is to move fast, own decisions, and minimize handoffs.
