Engineering leaders are watching something unfold quietly on their teams. Many of their best engineers built a sense of worth around what they could write, and a growing share of that is now being generated. It shows up as people going quiet, pulling back, or leaving, and most leaders haven't found a way to name it, let alone lead through it.
This ELC member group coaching session gives you space to work on exactly that. In a small cohort of peers, you'll surface what you're seeing on your own team, work through real situations, and leave with concrete tactics for the conversation you've been putting off.
This session is built on real cases, so it works differently than a talk. Come prepared to describe one engineer you're concerned about, using first names only. Confirmed attendees will receive a short prep survey from David before the session, and completing it is what holds your seat.
This session is for leaders who currently manage engineers directly. Facilitated by David Fung.
