Burnout: Prevention, Management, and Healing

It might feel as though we have shifted from one crisis to another over the last 3 years, and 2023 is bringing its own unique challenges to our industry. This roundtable discussion will focus on taking care of ourselves and our teams as we navigate burnout as engineering leaders.

Agata Grzybek, engineering manager @ Netflix, will facilitate a discussion surfacing tips and strategies for preventing, managing, and healing burnout within teams.

As a seasoned software engineering leader with over a decade of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, Agata is dedicated to fostering diverse, collaborative, and inclusive teams that tackle complex challenges.

Agata has led backend, ML, full-stack, and data engineering teams in high-performance cultures. Her passion lies in empowering individuals to reach their full potential professionally and personally, and strives to build long-lasting relationships, her leadership style is based on coaching and mindfulness. As a lifelong learner, Agata can often be found reading, learning something new, or exploring.
