Engineering leadership can feel like a lonely journey filled with painful challenges. But the truth is you’re not alone! We’re creating a place for local engineering leaders to come together, share challenges, gain outside perspectives, and become better leaders.

Join us for light bites and drinks to help shape the future of engineering leadership in NYC for our first local chapter meetup!

We will hear from NYC Chapter leaders about why they decided to bring a chapter of ELC to New York. We will then break out into roundtable discussions. Possible topics will include:

Communicating engineering to the business

Scaling engineering teams for productivity

Relevance/importance of management in today’s tech landscape
