We are excited to bring together the engineering leadership community to share in some food, drinks, and stories. For this event, we'll engage in an activity we call War Story Charades. We'll break into small groups and take turns pulling prompts out of a hat. This event is designed to reflect on how we and others have responded to various situations that commonly arise when leading technology teams.
Whether you're a seasoned leader, an up-and-coming manager, or a senior individual contributor, we've all got some engineering leadership lessons to share. This event is a great opportunity to engage with peers, exchange insights, and strengthen the tech community in LA.
