This virtual 1:1 Match event is bringing together community members to discuss and exchange insights related to Influencing and Creating Buy-In! This is the perfect space to connect with other engineering leaders who are also interested in gaining new insights and expanding their networks.

You have an idea that could fundamentally improve how your company functions, but how do you get the word out and get others to believe in your idea? Engineering leaders want to learn how to leverage relationships, advocate for their ideas, and ensure that their ideas don't go unnoticed, especially when they can make a meaningful difference in the company.

How it works:

1. In the course of the session, you'll be matched with other engineering leaders for a 10-minute video call
2. At the end of 10 minutes, you'll have the option to extend it or start another match
