Match & Learn - Motivating Others

This virtual 1:1 Match event is bringing together community members to discuss and exchange insights related to Motivating Others! This is the perfect space to connect with other engineering leaders who are also interested in gaining new insights and expanding their networks.

Motivating Others:

How do you rebuild morale after a RIF or reorg? How do you get that senior engineer to work on a project they're not excited about? Engineering leaders want to better inspire or energize their people and teams to achieve their best. As a leader, you create a team culture where members feel supported, encouraged, and engaged. Setting the tone for these activities can make or break how a team functions if they are ignored.

How it works:

1. In the course of the session, you'll be matched with other engineering leaders for a 10-minute video call
2. At the end of 10 minutes, you'll have the option to extend it or start another match
