Sakshi is an Engineering leader with over a decade of experience in developing big data backend systems and B2B SaaS enterprise software. She holds a Master's degree in Privacy Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. Her career includes significant contributions at major companies like Adobe and Splunk, where she played a key role in developing and managing multiple SaaS products. Although her role has evolved over the years, she has always been, and will always be, an engineer at heart.

At Rippling I lead the Talent Products Engineering teams which include ATS, LMS, Performance Management, Headcount Planning, Comp Bands, Org Chart. Previously, I was a Senior Vice President of Engineering at HackerRank, where I grew the engineering organization to over 150 FTEs and started a new Machine Learning team from scratch. Before that, I was a Senior Engineering Manager at Meta, where I launched www.metacareers.com and supported multiple product teams in the Recruiting Products org.

Sunny Rochiramani is the VP and Head of Engineering at Descript, where they lead all technical functions, including engineering, AI, data science, and QA. With nearly five years at Descript and a rich background in software engineering from previous roles at Dropbox, Pinterest, and Amazon, Sunny is a seasoned leader in the tech industry. They hold an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Toronto and are based in San Francisco.

Lachlan de Crespigny is the co-founder of Revelo, a technology company offering the largest online platform for U.S. companies to quickly hire remote software developers. Representing a talent pool of 300K english speaking Latin-America-based technology professionals, Revelo’s platform enables U.S. companies to quickly source, hire and manage high volumes of highly qualified, English-speaking, time-zone aligned, remote tech talent.

Jim has both broad and deep experience as a technologist and technology executive in Fortune 100 firms down to startups, having contributed to the success of many well-known companies including Slack, Salesforce, Disney, DreamWorks, LinkedIn, HPE, and Wealthfront. He is currently a principal at Meyer For Hire Consulting, a boutique consultancy specializing in product development, strategy, and organizational dynamics.
