Loick is the Global Head of Engineering at CoderPad, the leading technical assessment and interview platform that strives to reduce bias in the hiring process. At CoderPad, Loick has held a variety of leadership positions spanning across development, product, and operations, including COO. Prior to joining CoderPad, Loick co-founded My Notary - a secure contract management platform for real estate professionals.

Loick started his tech career as a self-taught developer and has since completed a Master’s in Computer Science at the European Institute of Technology and UC San Diego. Loick is based in Montpellier, France where he enjoys making great products, spending time with his son, and cooking.
