Developer Experience is easy to get right when the budgets are healthy and the systems are greenfield. That is not the reality for most engineering leaders.
This session is a roundtable-style experience share. It is not a presentation or panel. Attendees should come prepared to actively participate by sharing real stories from their own organizations. This includes what they tried, the constraints they faced (deadline pressure, financial instability, legacy systems, etc), and what worked or failed. The goal is to surface practical decisions and trade-offs that helped teams reduce friction and improve flow without breaking commitments to the business.
Who this is for: Engineering Managers, Directors, Staff Engineers, and VPs who are accountable for delivery and developer experience and who value practical, peer-driven discussion.
About the location: We are grateful to be hosted at Ivy Street Coworking, a local coworking space that actively supports community-driven events like this one. They have a great space conducive to roundtable discussions. There should be plenty of street parking a block or two away. Food and drink will be provided.
