Stephen is the co-founder and CEO of incident.io, where they're building incident management tooling that's so good, people will break things on purpose. A software engineer by training, he previously led engineering teams at Monzo, and co-founded Ravelin, a fraud detection startup.

Balaji Narayanan is the Head of Infrastructure at Clari. In this role, he is responsible for driving engineering team velocity and efficiency. He is also responsible for reliability and availability of Clari. Balaji is passionate about building high-performance teams and employs a collaborative leadership style. He excels at translating complex business problems into actionable deliverables by fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Vinithra is currently the Head of Platform Engineering at Airtable. Prior to this she spent ten years at Cloudera, where she started as an engineer and grew into a Director of Engineering. Over her career, Vinithra has learnt several leadership lessons - through observation, experimentation and making mistakes. She is passionate about continually applying her leadership skills to high impact areas. Among the top of that list is recruiting and making it an efficient process that values everybody's time and brings out the best in people. Vinithra holds a Masters in Robotics from Carnegie Mellon University, and a BEng. from Cardiff University in the UK.
