Tom has held senior leadership positions in various financial services and technology companies in the United States and Australia. With over 25 years of experience in technical and leadership roles, he brings significant leadership experience in high-growth technology companies. Tom holds a Bachelor of Information Technology in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Mathematics from Griffith University.

Catherine Ye is a Senior Vice President of Engineering at Adyen, focusing on modernizing and innovating global financial infrastructure and services. In past career at industry leaders including Google and Stripe, she has driven large-scale distributed computing systems, cloud services, and complex business operations technology, financial products and services.
