Erica Lockheimer

Erica Lockheimer is the VP of Engineering at LinkedIn, overseeing the LinkedIn Talent Solutions suite. Her teams oversee LinkedIn Learning (formerly known as Lynda.com) and LinkedIn Talent Solutions (connecting members to career opportunities and helping recruiters find the best candidates for their companies).

Erica has been at LinkedIn since 2010, starting out as Sr. Manager of Engineering where she created the Growth team from the ground up and deepened engagement with members across LinkedIn's products. During her tenure, Erica founded the Women In Tech (WIT) program at LinkedIn and has been an advocate for women in engineering both internally and externally through programs and events that build up and invest in the WIT community.

In 2014 and 2015, Erica was voted amongst the top 22 women engineers in the world by Business Insider. Erica is a San Francisco Bay Area native, has 2 kids, loves to run and is a graduate from San Jose State University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.
