Prior to LaunchDarkly, Jonathan was at Atlassian for over ten years. He helped grow the company from 25 employees in 2005 to over 2,500 in 2018. Jonathan and his team built the Atlassian Marketplace, which by 2023 had made over $3b for the Atlassian community.

Kavita has more than two decades of experience in consumer technology starting from being ground floor developer on Google's page rank infrastructure as well as chrome browser starting 2006.
